What is the purpose of a Member Id?

Member ID is only used for members of the church which is provided to you when you have joined the church. This will be used to credit the amount to you and used for TAX purposes. This is a required field for members of the church. This is an optional field for Non-members.

What are the payment options?

There are different options available for online payments. Below are the currently available payment options.

  1. Subscription – Membership payments.
  2. Offerings – Any type of offerings.
  3. MCCH Donations – Any charity donations.
  4. Property Purchase – Any payment towards the purchase of property project.
  5. Other – Any other donations like birthdays, wedding anniversaries etc.

What is the minimum amount one can give online?

Current minimum amount is $5.

What is a recurring payment?

Any payment repetitively (every month/3 months/6 months/yearly), please select ‘yes’. Otherwise select ‘no’. If yes, same amount will be deducted from your credit card/bank account every month/3 months/6 months/year. Please specify it in the memo the frequency you want the amount to be withdrawn from your account.

What is a memo?

Memo is helpful if you have some message to the treasurer or the accounting team
regarding the payment. If the purpose of your donation is unclear based on how you donated,
please fill out the memo section stating the purpose of the donation. In the case of a
subscription, to set it as a recurring payment, please mention it in the memo along with the
specific date. 

What is purpose of billing info?

The billing info is required by the payment processing company. If any incorrect information is
given, the payment will not go through. 

What is payment info?

Currently we offer 2 types of payment: Credit Card or ACH. For Credit card payments
please enter the information from your credit card. For ACH, please enter your bank
routing number and account number. ACH payments may take 4-5 business days to credit
the amount to the church bank account. Credit card payments will process in 1 business day. 

What Submit Payment button does?

By clicking the submit payment button, you are basically agreeing the terms and conditions provided just above the button. There will not be any separate agreement that will be collected in church in the case of online payment. If you don’t agree with the terms and conditions, please don’t click the Submit Payment button. All the information collected in the presented form will be used for validating your information with your credit card bank/the institution you have account with and collect the amount you have mentioned and credited to church bank account. These information is used by Cardpoite for processing your information. Church website will not keep any of your financial information.

What information does the church save into church website?

Because we are using a third party (CardPointe Hosted Payment Page- HPP) to collect information, no personal information will be saved to the church website. The CardPointe server is highly secured. If you have further questions regarding this please read it by following this link.
